How to Start a Return

Note: Do not return items to the address on the shipping label or packaging.
Return Eligibility
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are non-refundable unless defective.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Returns are not accepted for products delivered correctly and in good condition.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected]. We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Any return initiated after the 15-day window.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take an additional 5 business days for the credit to appear.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company—posting may take time.
- Contact your bank—processing delays can vary.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Order Cancellations

- A $15.00 restocking fee will apply.
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours are not guaranteed.
Order Modifications
You can request a change to your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting [email protected].
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- You did not receive your order at all.
- You request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
