Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vogue VaultCo. Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure transparency and clarity for all orders placed on our website.

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed. Processing times depend on the carrier and shipping service selected based on your location, always aiming to use the fastest available method.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Please note: Shipping estimates do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays.

2. SHIPPING

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USA, UK, Canada, and Europe: 10 to 14 business days
  • All other international destinations: 16 to 25 business days

Please note that orders may arrive sooner than expected. All shipments include tracking numbers so you can follow the progress of your package.

Occasionally, orders may face delays beyond our control, including customs inspections or local postal service disruptions. If an item is temporarily unavailable, please allow an additional 7–10 business days for manufacturing and shipping.

3. COVID-19 OPERATIONS

Our shipping partners are operating at standard capacity; however, customs processing in some regions may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Vogue VaultCo is not responsible for delays due to customs or other transit-related interruptions.

4. COMPLETENESS & ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Buyers are solely responsible for entering correct shipping and contact details at checkout. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change shipping information. Vogue VaultCo is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is returned as non-deliverable, a $15.00 processing and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

6. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you choose to refuse a package delivered by Vogue VaultCo, a $15.00 processing and handling fee will also be deducted from your refund.

7. TRACKING STATES DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking number indicates that a package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Vogue VaultCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered and does not issue refunds in these situations.

8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Customs duties and taxes may be applicable depending on your country’s regulations. We cannot guarantee whether charges will be applied. Customers are responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government.

9. WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS

We currently operate warehouses in North America and Asia. Orders will be dispatched from the location with available stock to ensure the fastest delivery.

10. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and do not account for unexpected courier delays. If you’re located in a rural area, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for delivery.

12. REQUIRED CUSTOMER INFORMATION

In some cases, we may request additional information—such as your phone number or ID number—as required by your country’s shipping or customs regulations. Failure to provide this may result in delayed or undelivered shipments. In such cases, Vogue VaultCo cannot be held responsible.
